The Naturale is a boutique low-rise, low density apartment development in the suburb of Chadstone, comprising of 99 apartment units and a 125 space basement carpark. Located on a quiet, leafy residential street, the design responds sensitively to the neighbourhood through its reduced bulk / form and carefully curated external garden spaces. Balconies project beyond the facade, reaching out into the gardens, celebrating the indivdual identity of each unit.

Conceived of as a product for young professionals with families seeking a quiet, contemporary lifestyle, each apartment is carefully curated to achieve innovative and effiecient use of space. Kitchen, dining and living areas are consolidated and typically situtated in the corners with expansive views, away from the bedrooms and private spaces.

The three block configuration provides a generous yield of premium corner units, each with generous outlook and acces to natural daylight.
